We currently offer free shipping to Canada & USA.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days & will be delivered between 4-10 business days once shipped. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post Regular Letter-Mail. To keep costs as low as possible for our customers, we are not offering tracked shipping at this time.

We don’t currently offer custom stickers, but we are always looking to expand our collections & love to hear any suggestions for future stickers! If you have something in mind that you would like to see let us know!

While stickers are weatherproof, they are not entirely waterproof. If you are to use them on a water bottle, please gently hand wash & do not place in dishwasher 🧼

All orders are sent via regular lettermail (without tracking) in order to keep shipping free for customers. Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery. Unfortunately, packages to the US are taking longer a little longer than usual.

However sometimes orders can get lost in the mail. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please reach out via email!
